Spinato’s Pizzeria, a staple in the Valley for 50 years, is celebrating with a unique collaboration with Catalyst Crafted Ale. They introduced “Wizard Craft,” a limited-release lager designed to complement the restaurant’s anniversary campaign, themed “Wizarding World of Za.” This hoppy lager boasts a 5.8% ABV and is crafted to feature a clean, crisp flavor that residents have come to appreciate.
The lager is the third offering in a special series of craft beers derived from the imaginative themes associated with a popular book series. Notably, it pairs perfectly with “The Slytherwich Mixto Pizza,” which includes a mustard aioli base topped with ham, pulled pork, mozzarella, homemade pickles, Swiss cheese, and a distinctive green mojo sauce.
“Wizard Craft” can be found in a 16-ounce can for $8 at any Spinato’s location across the Valley. The can’s artwork, created by local artist Aaron Thomason, features a wizard clad in a red hat and white lab coat, surrounded by vivid green snake patterns. This exclusive brew was launched on September 1 and will remain available until October 31.
For more details on this offering, customers can visit Spinato’s at 5509 N. 7th St. or contact them at 602-277-0088.
