Impairment and Speed Cited as Key Factors in Fatal Bicycle Crash, Phoenix Police Report

PHOENIX — A tragic incident occurred late Monday night when a bicyclist was fatally struck at the intersection of Cave Creek Road and Dynamite Boulevard. The police were notified shortly before midnight, and upon arrival, they found 37-year-old Michael Hutchinson in the roadway.
