PHOENIX — A tragic incident occurred late Monday night when a bicyclist was fatally struck at the intersection of Cave Creek Road and Dynamite Boulevard. The police were notified shortly before midnight, and upon arrival, they found 37-year-old Michael Hutchinson in the roadway.
Emergency personnel declared Hutchinson dead on the scene. The driver involved, an 18-year-old male, remained at the location and is cooperating with the investigation.
