Hiker’s Tragic End Discovered by Phoenix Blaze

Phoenix fire responded to reports of a person with an unknown injury on a hiking trail in north Phoenix on Sunday morning.

PHOENIX — Tragic news struck north Phoenix as a man was found dead on a hiking trail.

The Phoenix Fire Department was dispatched at 8:15 a.m. to the Circumference Trail following reports of an injured individual.

First responders reached the site and discovered the man was beyond resuscitative measures.

Technical rescue teams are currently aiding the Phoenix Police Department in the recovery effort. The police will also conduct an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the death.
