PHOENIX — Thunderstorm activity is expected this afternoon and evening, primarily affecting the higher terrain areas of eastern Arizona. Temperatures across the state are predicted to remain steady and above normal throughout the weekend. Residents should prepare for a streak of temperatures hitting the 100s in the upcoming seven-day forecast.
