Health and Wellness Innovators Gather at Havasu’s Senior Resource Fair

A significant event aimed at enhancing resources for seniors in Lake Havasu City is set for this Friday. The 2nd annual Senior Resource Fair will be held at the Lake Havasu Senior Center, uniting numerous vendors focused on senior living.

Organized by Place My Care Senior Living Solutions, River Cities United Way, and the senior center, the fair had a remarkable turnout last year, attracting hundreds of participants, according to Angie Foltz, president and CEO of Place My Care.

This year’s event will feature an array of vendors, including community nonprofits, financial advisors, legal experts, and veteran service organizations. Attendees will have the chance to enter a raffle, with prizes and giveaways provided throughout the day.

In addition to vendor resources, the fair will include fitness demonstrations and live entertainment. A special performance by Havasu Hula is scheduled for 2 p.m., promising an engaging experience.

Foltz expressed enthusiasm for the event, stating, “We look forward to seeing both new and familiar faces.”
