Havasu Police Nab Suspect in Shocking Residential Shooting

A suspect is in police custody following a residential shooting on Saturday morning in Lake Havasu City. The incident occurred around 1:49 a.m. when officers were called to a house at the 1900 block of Spirit Lane, according to Lake Havasu City Police Department Sgt. Kyle Ridgway.

Upon arrival, officers discovered a house party had taken place at the location. A subject had been removed from the property, but later returned and fired several rounds into the residence. Fortunately, no injuries were reported by individuals at the scene.

Sgt. Ridgway assured that the community is not under any threat. The suspect has been detained and is now in police custody. The Criminal Investigations Unit of LHCPD is diligently working to uncover more details about the incident. As of Saturday afternoon, no additional information was available.
