Havasu Man Arrested: Faces $45,000 Bond for Graffiti and Trespassing Charges

A 26-year-old Lake Havasu City resident, Adam Clark, has been charged with 16 counts of graffiti and two counts of criminal trespassing. The charges were filed this week in Lake Havasu Municipal Court, stemming from three separate incidents.
Clark is currently in custody with three separate $15,000 bonds following his arrest on Friday evening. Authorities allege that he vandalized various structures in the Downtown district, including electrical boxes, trash cans, walls, and concrete fixtures. In at least two cases, it is believed Clark used a ladder to access certain areas.
Investigators located Clark’s vehicle on the evening of September 13 at the intersection of Mulberry Avenue and McCulloch Boulevard. At that time, they had reason to suspect him and sought to search his vehicle. During the search, detectives reportedly discovered several paint cans, markers, and graffiti artwork matching the style seen in the vandalism incidents.
Following the discovery, Clark was taken into custody and booked at the Lake Havasu City Police Department. He is now detained at the Mohave County Jail.
Court records indicate that his next scheduled appearance is on Thursday in Mohave Superior Court.
