Gov. Tim Walz Makes Historic First Solo Trip to Phoenix as VP Kamala Harris’ Running Mate
PHOENIX — Tim Walz, the vice presidential candidate, is set to visit Arizona as part of his inaugural solo tour. This journey, dubbed the “Sun Belt Tour,” will also see him making stops in Texas and Nevada.
The purpose of Walz’s visit is to engage in a political event, with specifics yet to be disclosed. According to a recent statement, he is scheduled to speak at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, just prior to the upcoming Presidential Debate.
This tour marks a significant step for Walz following his recent selection as the running mate for Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris.
