Golden Valley Man in Custody Following Drive-By Shooting Incident with No Injuries
A Golden Valley man was arrested on Monday night following a reported drive-by shooting. The Mohave County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that Martin Lee Eubanks, 30, allegedly fired multiple rounds at a residence in the 500 block of Eloy Road.
Authorities received the call at 11:23 p.m. from an individual who claimed that Eubanks had created a disturbance before discharging his weapon from his vehicle. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported in the incident.
Law enforcement later tracked Eubanks to a residence on Cordes Road. SWAT team members were dispatched, and Eubanks surrendered without resistance. He now faces several serious charges, including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, drive-by shooting, and disorderly conduct with a weapon, all classified as felonies.
Eubanks has been booked into the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility in Kingman. The investigation is ongoing as officials evaluate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
