Glennwilde’s ‘Carnivore Granny’ drops 4 books, another on the way

In a remarkable food journey, Glennwilde resident Jenece Mordt, known as Carnivore Granny, is making waves with her new health and lifestyle books. After launching a successful YouTube channel earlier this year, Mordt has published multiple titles aimed at educating readers on nutrition and wellness.

“It almost feels like a calling because I cannot stop writing,” the 46-year-old grandmother shared. Her book series, titled “Rooted: A Series for Living Outside the Lie,” comprises four volumes that delve into the history of diet, nutrition, baby formula, and beauty products.

Mordt meticulously intertwines historical insights with modern consumer practices, revealing how companies influence dietary choices and the potential risks associated with many products. Additionally, she emphasizes alternatives that promote health and well-being.

Looking ahead, there’s an additional title planned focusing on home health, alongside another book that will explore the links between physical healing, personal autonomy, and spiritual growth. This ambitious series stems from years of personal research, ignited by a significant dietary shift she underwent nearly two years ago.

“When I became carnivore, I just wanted to start healing my body and my whole life,” Mordt commented. Her passion for informed consent drives her mission: enlightening others regarding the impacts of dietary choices on health. This dedication has culminated in a wealth of knowledge packed into her recent publications.

“I never pictured myself as a writer and, honestly, I didn’t think anything would come out of the books,” she admitted. However, she expresses hope that readers will connect with the volume focusing on reclaiming real food, which she believes is crucial for everyone.

Each book, under 150 pages, is concise and accessible, retailing for $14 or less. Readers can find e-books and paperback copies available on platforms like Amazon, with Kindle Unlimited subscribers able to access some titles for free.
