Valley residents facing potential eviction have a new resource available: the Community Legal Services’ Tenant Eviction Assistance Program. This initiative aims to provide free legal support to those at risk of losing their homes.

Services are accessible every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at Native Health, located at 4041 N. Central Ave., Building C. Individuals seeking assistance are advised to bring any eviction notices and their lease agreement to their appointment.

For help with other legal matters, residents can visit in person on Wednesdays, between 9 a.m. and noon. Alternatively, assistance can be sought by calling 602-258-3434 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday, or through the online platform at www.azlawhelp.org/accesstojustice.cfm.
