Fusion Feast: A Culinary Collaboration of Flavors and Cultures

Two renowned Phoenix chefs will join Uchi Scottsdale’s Chef de Cuisine Blake Luecke for a unique summer dinner series. Each event will highlight both the visitors’ and Luecke’s culinary expertise, promising memorable dining experiences.

On August 13, James Beard Award-winner Chef Christopher Gross from Christopher’s will collaborate with Luecke to present a modern interpretation of French cuisine. This event is highly anticipated as both chefs bring James Beard accolades to the table.

September 8 will see the addition of Valley chef Cat Bunnag of Glai Baan. Her restaurant, famous for authentic Thai street food, will inspire the evening’s menu. Bunnag’s influence ensures diners will enjoy genuine Thai flavors combined with Uchi’s innovative approach.
