Four Railroad Crossings Closed for Three Days: What You Need to Know

Travelers heading out of town along the eastern or western routes this week should plan for potential delays. Starting tomorrow and continuing through Thursday, crews from Tucson-based Speedy Striping will be restriping railroad crossings within Maricopa city limits.
The work will occur daily from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. During this period, motorists can expect “intermittent lane restrictions” as crews focus on refreshing the crossing markings. This includes key locations along State Route 238 and Ralston Road, as well as the Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway crossings at White and Parker Roads, Hartman Road, and Anderson Road.
Advance planning is recommended for those traveling in these areas to avoid potential setbacks.
