Four charged in case linked to Havasu burglary

Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested three individuals and cited a fourth while executing a search warrant in Bullhead City last Friday morning. This operation is part of an ongoing investigation linked to two fraud cases and one burglary from Lake Havasu City.

During their search, deputies uncovered evidence pertaining to all three cases, along with additional findings suggesting drug-related activities, weapon misconduct, and potential fraud. The search yielded multiple firearms, stolen property, and over ten grams of methamphetamine, according to county officials.

Arrested at the scene were Ashley Guerrero and Natasha Bentley, both from Lake Havasu City, along with Kevin Romberg from the surrounding county. A fourth individual, Kenneth Beyer, received a citation related to the incident.

Guerrero and Bentley were no strangers to law enforcement; they had previously been arrested on February 5 during another burglary investigation at a Mohave Valley location. That earlier search revealed stolen goods, fraud evidence, drugs, firearms, and indications of drug sales.

At the time of their latest arrest, both Guerrero and Bentley were facing charges from the February incident as well as a broader case from May 30 involving trafficking in stolen property and forgery.

In the latest investigation, Guerrero faces multiple charges, including theft, trafficking of stolen property, drug possession with intent to sell, and forgery. Bentley is charged with possession of dangerous drugs and drug paraphernalia, fraud, and theft. Romberg’s charges include possession of a weapon during a drug offense and drug-related violations. Beyer was cited for possession of dangerous drugs and drug paraphernalia.
