Flagstaff police search for man posting mass shooting threats

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. — The Flagstaff Police Department is actively seeking Justin Hill, a 36-year-old man from Ash Fork, in connection with online threats of a mass shooting. Authorities reported that Hill posted these threats on various Yelp review platforms associated with schools, government entities, and businesses.

Following receipt of the alarming reports, police have identified Hill as the individual responsible for these posts and have issued an arrest warrant. He is believed to be driving a blue 2009 Subaru Impreza with Arizona license plate CKA72E. Hill is approximately six feet tall, has a medium build, brown hair, and blue eyes.

Authorities are urging the public to remain vigilant. “Our ongoing investigation aims to ensure the safety of our community,” the police department stated. They encourage anyone who sights Hill or his vehicle to contact the Flagstaff Police Department at 928-774-1414 or Silent Witness at 928-774-6111.

The investigation underscores the serious concern regarding online threats and their implications for community safety. Law enforcement continues to prioritize this matter as they work to locate Hill.
