Extreme Skies: Soaring Temperatures and Powerful Winds Ahead!

Temperatures across Arizona are expected to reach the low 80s today, ahead of a notable drop tomorrow. A shift in weather will bring rain to northern Arizona on Tuesday.
In Phoenix, the warm trend persists on Monday, with temperatures soaring into the 80s, despite an increase in high cloud cover. This upcoming weather system is expected to be different from last week’s conditions.
The new system will traverse northern Arizona, generating windy conditions and scattered snow showers. While areas such as the Kaibab Plateau and the Grand Canyon’s north rim may see an inch or two of snow, most regions will likely experience only a light dusting.
Although the Valley will stay dry, residents should anticipate gusty winds on Tuesday, with speeds reaching 20-30 mph. These winds may stir up pollen and loose debris, prompting allergy sufferers to brace themselves.
As the week progresses, temperatures are set to rebound back into the 80s. By the weekend, highs in the mid-80s are forecasted, with the potential for 90-degree temperatures as next week approaches.
Here’s the seven-day forecast:
