Cave Creek – On November 16, 2024, the Desert Foothills Land Trust will host the annual “Desert Discovery Day” at the Jewel of the Creek Preserve, offering a free experience for the entire family. This event invites nature lovers to delve into the wonders of the Sonoran Desert from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Desert Discovery Day provides a platform for both novices and seasoned enthusiasts to explore the diverse aspects of the desert ecosystem.
