The Arizona Biltmore Golf Club’s Estates Course officially reopened on Friday, September 6, after an extensive two-month renovation designed to enhance its appeal. This course, which first opened in December, was crafted by the Lehman Design Group in collaboration with Tom Lehman, a Scottsdale resident.

During the renovation, agronomy teams planted nearly 400 trees, over 400 hedges, and more than 5,000 shrubs. The enhancements include newly designed tee boxes and bunkers, as well as additional irrigation lines. These upgrades significantly improve the playability of the course while creating a visually appealing environment for golfers.

The Estates Course features a par of 71 and spans 6,669 yards from the back tees, marking an increase of over 130 yards compared to the former Adobe Course it replaced. Located in the heart of Phoenix, this 36-hole facility offers breathtaking views of both Piestewa Peak to the north and the downtown Phoenix skyline to the south.
