Find seasonal flavors at Adobe

Adobe Bar and Grille has launched a new seasonal menu that showcases the vibrant flavors of Southwest cuisine, perfectly tailored for the fall. Executive Chef Jacob Ellis has infused traditional dishes and classic cocktails with a creative flair, making the menu stand out during this harvest period.

The menu features an array of enticing starters, including kabocha squash tart and crispy Brussels sprouts, along with a refreshing beet and goat cheese salad. For the main course, options such as truffle chicken, braised short rib, and filet mignon highlight the season’s finest produce, including squash, pumpkin, and apples, providing a culinary adventure for patrons.

Desserts such as the spiced pumpkin tart and smoked caramel apple cheesecake are designed to evoke the comfort of the season. Additionally, the cocktail menu has been refreshed with autumn-inspired drinks and two novel dessert cocktails: the Creamsicle and Caramel Coffee Coupe, perfect for those looking to unwind after dinner while enjoying live entertainment.

The extensive wine list and expertly crafted cocktails are designed to complement the menu offerings. Diners can also enjoy the scenic outdoor patio and lawn seating, featuring stunning views across the Estates Course, making for a unique dining experience in Phoenix.

Adobe Bar and Grille is located at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club, 2400 Biltmore Estates. For more information and reservations, visit the official website.
