Phoenix authorities are currently investigating a tragic incident involving a triple stabbing that unfolded during a family gathering on January 25th in south Phoenix. The event occurred around 10 p.m. near the intersection of 75th Avenue and Broadway Road.

As police arrived at the scene, they discovered one man deceased and two others—a man and a woman—who sustained injuries and required hospitalization. Fortunately, the injured parties have since been released from medical care.

During the chaotic moments of the stabbing, one of the victims managed to return fire at the suspected assailant as he fled the area, according to police reports. The suspect has been apprehended, though his identity remains undisclosed at this time.
