Deadline Looms for Landmark Home Grant Opportunity

The Phoenix Planning and Development Department has announced the availability of grant funds through its Historic Preservation Exterior Rehabilitation Assistance Program. This initiative aims to assist residents in restoring their historic homes in Phoenix.
Homeowners can apply for matching grants of up to $20,000 for exterior restoration work. To qualify, properties must be located in city-designated historic districts or listed individually on the city’s historic property register.
Interested residents should submit their applications by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 13. This program not only supports preservation efforts but also enriches the community’s cultural heritage.
