Crafters Unite for Spooktacular Halloween Fun at Maricopa Library!

On October 19, 2024, Estella Vaca from The Lakes participated in the Super Beads Crafty Creations event at Maricopa Library. This gathering brought together teens and parents to celebrate the Halloween season with a creative twist.
Approximately 20 participants joined the event, crafting spooky beaded spiders. The library provided all necessary supplies, ensuring a smooth and fun experience for everyone involved.
Monica Williams, a spokesperson for the city of Maricopa, emphasized the importance of such gatherings. “Crafting together helps build community, and we’re excited to continue offering programs that bring residents of all ages together,” she stated.
The event highlighted not only creativity but also community bonding, illustrating the library’s role as a central hub for local residents.
