Country Thunder happening April 10-13 in Florence

FLORENCE, Ariz — Country Thunder, the popular country music festival, has returned to Arizona this week. The event, which runs from April 10 to April 13, features an impressive lineup of artists from across the nation.

Since its inception in 1993, Country Thunder has become a staple in the state’s entertainment scene. Featured performers this year include renowned artists such as Riley Green, Keith Urban, and HARDY, among others.

Multiple ticket options cater to a variety of preferences. Choices range from the luxurious Platinum Experience to single-day tickets. Platinum Experience tickets start at $695, offering exclusive access to a Skybox with amenities like a full-service bar and luxury restroom trailers.

For attendees seeking a more budget-friendly option, single-day general admission tickets are available starting at $166.20. Weekend general admission allows full access from April 10 to April 13 for $326.24.

Additional ticket options such as reserve seating are already sold out. However, weekend Kona Big Wave and Nutrl Zone tickets provide prime viewing opportunities for those willing to spend $748.33.

For those interested in showcasing their dancing skills, Country Thunder offers a country swing dancing competition with prizes for both partner and line dancing categories. Dance instruction, along with open dance sessions, enriches the festival experience.

The festival takes place at 20585 E Water Way in Florence. Guests are reminded that opaque bags and large purses are not permitted; however, clear plastic bags and small clutches are allowed. Detailed event maps have been provided for ease of navigation.

Notable artists scheduled to perform include Riley Green, Keith Urban, and Bailey Zimmerman, with multiple performances spread throughout the event days. The festival also features the Electric Thunder After Party running from April 10 to April 13.

Due to rising temperatures—predicted to reach 100 degrees on Friday and Saturday—Pinal County health officials are advising attendees to remain hydrated, use sunscreen, and be aware of designated first aid locations.
