New Food Truck Ready to Delight Boba Enthusiasts at Central Arizona College

Exciting news for fans of bubble tea in Maricopa: the Boy Boy Boba food truck is set to launch on the Central Arizona College campus. Documents obtained through public records reveal the truck’s intention to serve an array of beverages, including bubble tea, coffee, and Japanese-inspired snacks.

According to the proposal, Boy Boy Boba plans to operate from a designated area in the college parking lot at 17945 N. Regent Drive. Their offerings will feature a blend of popular flavors combined with elements of Japanese cuisine, aimed at providing customers with refreshing options and unique culinary experiences.

The menu will include:

  • Boba Tea: Known for its tapioca pearls, options will vary from traditional black and green teas to fruit-infused varieties.
  • Coffee: A selection encompassing brewed coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, and cold brew.
  • Japanese Fruit Sandwiches: Using soft, sweet Japanese bread filled with fresh fruits like strawberries, kiwi, and peaches.
  • Taiyaki: The popular fish-shaped cake with fillings such as red bean paste, custard, chocolate, and sweet potato.

The food truck anticipates opening daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., although hours advertised online suggest a shorter schedule from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. InMaricopa reached out to Boy Boy Boba for confirmation of their opening date.

This new vendor joins a vibrant community of food options at CAC, adding to the nine existing food trucks and four local Maricopa restaurants that currently serve boba drinks.

Stay tuned for updates as the Boy Boy Boba food truck gears up to welcome patrons on the campus.
