Arrest Linked to Phoenix Shooting Leaves Man in Critical Condition

Police in Phoenix have arrested an 18-year-old in connection with a shooting that occurred last week, leaving a man in critical condition. The incident unfolded near Van Buren Street and 35th Avenue around 9:18 p.m. on Tuesday.
