‘Burn this whole b*tch down,’ says armed Wingstop customer in alleged staff stick-up

Maricopa police have arrested Bryan Fedd after a tense incident at a Wingstop restaurant on the night of June 19, 2025. Officers responded to reports of an armed altercation when Fedd allegedly threatened employees after being denied a refund.

According to police reports, the incident occurred shortly before 9:30 p.m. Video footage captured Fedd drawing a firearm from his cargo pants and pointing it at the staff members.

In the encounter, Fedd reportedly exclaimed, “I’ll burn this whole b*tch down … I got a pipe on me right now,” indicating a willingness to escalate the situation. Seven victims were named in the incident.

Officers identified “pipe” as a slang term for a gun, comparable to other euphemisms seen in recent crime cases in the area.

After the confrontation, police located Fedd at Dignity Health Urgent Care across the street. Witnesses described officers surrounding a BMW, with Fedd in handcuffs nearby, wearing a hat from the animated series Gravity Falls.

The firearm used in the incident has been recovered by police. Fedd now faces serious charges, including aggravated assault, disorderly conduct, and threats, which could lead to over six years in prison.
