APEX Approves New Permits: Exciting Developments for Apartments and Beyond!

In August 2023, “The Toy Box” at Apex Motor Club gained attention for its collection of supercars.

Recent permit activity highlights significant construction and development across various sectors in the region. Between January 11 and February 10, numerous commercial and residential permits have been issued.

On the commercial side, APEX Motor Sports obtained two shade structure permits from Shade N Net of Arizona. Carefree Covered RV Storage received a detached structure permit for a wash bay, valued at $205,000, alongside new permits for a welcome center and eight canopies.

The City of Maricopa has approved a detached structure permit for a metal tree sculpture, with a reported value of $23,600. Gunsmoke Ranch Apartments secured three shade structure permits totaling $249,000. In another development, Hiro Investment received a permit to modify a cell tower in Rancho El Dorado, valued at $43,650.

Significantly, IH Maricopa Apartments will be moving forward with eight multiplex permits for Roers at Stonegate, collectively valued at $35.7 million. Additionally, Queen Creek Fiesta has been issued a tenant improvement permit valued at $15,000 for a vacant retail pad at 44460 W. Edison Road, Suite 110, with Laurshan Construction as the contractor.

Residential permitting also remains active in the area. Beazer Homes is set to build three homes in Rancho Mirage, while Castlerock Communities Arizona will construct two homes at El Rancho Santa Rosa. D.R. Horton Inc plans one home in Sorrento and three in Rancho El Dorado, demonstrating ongoing demand for housing.

Dream Finders Homes is on schedule to develop 18 homes in Rancho Mirage. Meanwhile, Gehan Homes is constructing six homes in Rancho El Dorado, and K. Hovnanian Homes will build one home in Rancho Mirage. KB Home, Meritage Homes, and Pulte Home Company are also contributing significantly with various projects in the area.

With a mix of commercial and residential projects, the region continues to experience growth and investment, reflecting a robust real estate environment.
