Anderson Auto Group Seals the Deal: Acquires Kingman Honda and Chevrolet Dealerships

Anderson Auto Group has expanded its footprint by acquiring the Kingman Honda and Chevrolet dealerships.

Market Director Andrea Foote announced the acquisition will be effective from Tuesday, following the company’s Monday afternoon statement. Since 1999, Anderson Auto Group has been operating in Lake Havasu City and has expanded to various locations including Havasu, Bullhead City, and Kingman. The company’s portfolio also includes Anderson Powersports dealerships in Havasu, Parker, and Bullhead City.

“The Anderson Auto Group is excited about the two new dealerships and will continue to be involved in the community of Kingman,” Foote stated in a company release. With this acquisition, Anderson Auto Group now owns three dealerships in Kingman, adding to their existing Anderson Ford Kingman.

Following the announcement, Kingman Honda and Chevrolet will be rebranded as Anderson Honda Kingman and Anderson Chevrolet Kingman, respectively. The Honda dealership, established in 2000, is located at 3800 N. Stockton Hill Rd., while the Chevrolet dealership opened in 2013 at 3730 N. Stockton Hill Rd.

Foote also highlighted the company’s active involvement in local initiatives. “We are actively involved in the Kingman Chamber of Commerce, local events, and youth programs, and are expanding into relationships with the Kingman Unified School District as well,” she added.
