Alloy Midtown Welcomes Residents: Leasing Now Open!

Now open for leasing, Alloy Midtown is a transformed urban loft apartment complex, previously the Phoenix Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) headquarters (photo by Kathryn M. Miller).
Soltrust Residential REIT has repurposed the former DEA headquarters into Alloy Midtown, a community featuring two distinct structures. The renovation involved extensive updates, turning the once-functional office space into 171 modern apartment homes.
On one side, the converted DEA headquarters showcases a contemporary design, featuring open layouts that blend history with modern living. The new structure adjacent to it utilizes advanced light gauge framing, designed for longevity beyond typical wood-frame constructions.
Residents can choose from various floor plans, including studios, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units. Each apartment is equipped with smart technology, including keyless entry, energy-efficient appliances, and upgraded fixtures. Some selected units offer private patios and terraces.
Construction of Alloy Midtown began about a year ago. Leasing has commenced for the completed DEA building, while the second building is expected to be ready for occupancy in the next three months.
Alloy Midtown is situated at 3010 N. Second St. For more information on floor plans, amenities, and virtual tours, interested parties can visit www.alloyphx.com.
