Pizza Hut is making a significant transition in Maricopa, Arizona, moving to a smaller location on John Wayne Parkway. The new site, located at 21101 N. John Wayne Parkway, Suite E102, is set to replace the dine-in format at its previous address.

The pizza chain obtained a permit for tenant improvements at the new location back in June, as documented in public records. Recently, signs at the former location, Suite E106, confirmed the move but did not specify an opening date. A contractor present at the site mentioned that the owners aim to launch the new location next week.

Currently, Pizza Hut’s website lists the previous restaurant as closed, and incoming calls are being redirected to other branches. Established in 2006, the Maricopa restaurant has been known for popular offerings like stuffed crust pizzas and the calzone-style p’zone, which have become staples in its menu.

As the community anticipates this shift, residents are curious about the future of the brand and its services within the area. Further updates will likely be provided as the opening date approaches.
