Seven Maricopa Eateries Earn Immaculate Reviews from Health Department
Recent inspections conducted by the Pinal County Health Department revealed that Maricopa’s food establishments run tight ships. The reports, covering visits from July 16 through early August, show that residents have multiple safe and clean options for dining out.
Out of nine inspected locations, seven received “excellent” ratings with no violations noted. This is a testament to the high standards maintained by local establishments.
Those establishments receiving top marks include:
- Aliberto’s (Inspected Aug. 6)
- Children’s Learning Adventure Childcare Center (Inspected July 16)
- Culver’s (Inspected Aug. 5)
- GNC (Inspected August 8)
- Starbucks — Bashas’ (Inspected Aug. 8)
- Thai Chili 2 Go (Inspected Aug. 5)
- Walmart, including its Bakery and Deli sections (Inspected July 26)
The rating system used by the health department defines “Excellent” as observing all priority standards in compliance. “Satisfactory” indicates one or more priority standards were initially out of compliance but corrected during the inspection. “Needs Improvement” means one or more priority standards were out of compliance and not corrected at the time of inspection, necessitating a follow-up. Finally, “Unacceptable” represents imminent health hazards requiring immediate corrective action to ensure public safety.
