At least 1 hospitalized after crashing into wall

At least one individual has been taken to the hospital following a car crash into a residential wall in Province earlier today.

The incident, involving a Hyundai Elantra, occurred at the intersection of West Smith-Enke Road and Desert Greens Drive just before 10 a.m. Maricopa police and fire departments responded swiftly to the scene.

Onlookers from the Province community observed as first responders attended to the injured person, who was subsequently placed on a stretcher and transported by ambulance. The extent of their injuries remains unknown.

This marks the second accident at this particular intersection within one hour. An earlier T-bone collision around 9 a.m. had already prompted an emergency response.

Efforts to obtain a statement from the Maricopa Police Department are ongoing.

This is a developing story, and further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
