Havasu Alert: Upcoming Repairs for Chain Barriers Along English Village Lake

A resident of Lake Havasu City has alerted authorities about several broken chain barriers along the channel that require urgent repair.

The problem at hand involves three chain barriers located just west of the English Village. These barriers are currently down, creating a potential safety issue for pedestrians walking near the lake.

Responsibility for maintaining the chain barriers and the adjacent walkway falls under the city’s jurisdiction.

Jerri Bracamonte, the city’s community engagement officer, confirmed that the damaged barriers have been added to the city’s maintenance list and will be addressed promptly.
