Pima’s Arianna Flores Makes Waves with NJCAA All-American Honors

Pima Community College’s Arianna Flores, a standout pitcher from Salpointe Catholic High School, has received national honors for her exceptional performance this season.
The freshman was named to the NJCAA Division II Third Team All-American, marking her as the 20th All-American from the college’s softball program.
This achievement continues a tradition of excellence, as the Aztecs have produced an NJCAA All-American for three consecutive years. Previously, Camila Zepeda earned second team recognition in 2024, while Elise Munoz received the same honor in 2023.
Flores joins an illustrious group of past NJCAA All-Americans, including notable players like Courtney Brown (2016) and Alexis Dotson (2014).
In the 2025 season, Flores compiled an impressive 22-5 record in 32 appearances, completing 14 games and pitching a total of 142.1 innings. Her 2.16 ERA led the ACCAC, and she recorded 202 strikeouts, placing her second in the conference.
She garnered several accolades, including ACCAC Division II Co-Pitcher of the Year, First Team All-ACCAC, and All-Region I Division II. Furthermore, Flores was named Most Valuable Player in the Region I, Division II Championship Game and received recognition as ACCAC Division II Pitcher of the Week four times.
Under her leadership, the Aztecs achieved a remarkable 53-9 overall record, their most wins since 2012, with a 35-7 record in conference play, a high since 2015. The team made history as the first in ACCAC to win Region I Championships in both Division I (2024) and Division II (2025).
