Abandoned Vehicle Discovered in Surprise Canal: What Happened Inside?

SURPRISE, Ariz. — In a surprising turn of events, a vehicle was discovered in a canal on Saturday morning. The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that there was no one inside the vehicle.
