Apex Set to Launch New Condos and Clubhouse with Fresh Ownership

Apex Motor Club is set to expand significantly, following city approvals received last year. With the second phase of development underway, the club plans to construct a clubhouse and four new garage condo buildings.
This expansion will effectively double the available garage condos, providing ample storage and maintenance space tailored for luxury vehicles. The Maricopa Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the project in July, unveiling the design for 48 garage condos to prospective clients.
Each unit will span approximately 1,250 square feet and include a mezzanine that can serve as additional storage or a lounge area. Owners can also customize their units with air conditioning, lighting, and utility bathrooms, meeting personal preferences.
This development coincides with RJT Capital, based in Phoenix, becoming the sole owner of Apex. Matt Williams, president of Private Motorsports Group, highlighted the significance of the $30 million investment for the club’s future.
“It not only secures the financial foundation of the club but also allows us to fast-track enhancements that build on what our members already love,” Williams stated, emphasizing the commitment to fostering a vibrant community and world-class amenities.
