Man dies after being found stabbed near Valley grocery store, Phoenix police say


PHOENIX — A stabbing incident in central Phoenix has resulted in the death of a 29-year-old man, identified as Reminisce Biddle, according to the Phoenix Police Department.

The tragic event occurred Sunday night when officers were dispatched to a Safeway near 7th Avenue and Osborn Road. Witnesses reported that Biddle had been attacked near 3rd Avenue and Osborn Road before he managed to ride his bike to the nearby store, where he collapsed.

Emergency responders rushed Biddle to the hospital, but he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival. Police have since linked the incident to 47-year-old Damian Mitchell, who has been arrested and now faces charges of second-degree murder.

Police confirmed that there are currently no outstanding suspects in the case. This investigation is ongoing, and further details will be provided as they become available.
