Globe family searching for mother missing since Christmas 2023

GLOBE, Ariz. — The Gila County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 54-year-old Natalie Sebastian, who has been missing since December 23, 2023. Reports indicate she was last seen leaving her residence in Globe, and since then, her family has not heard from her.

Authorities suspect foul play may be involved in her disappearance, prompting the GCSO to offer a $5,000 reward for information that could lead to her whereabouts. Natalie’s husband, Jerry Sebastian, described the anguish of her absence, recalling their last shared moments two days before Christmas.

“I was devastated. She left without her car, purse, or medication,” Jerry stated. He emphasized that Natalie was well-known in the community, having worked as a cashier at Safeway for nearly twenty years. Despite pursuing numerous leads with the Sheriff’s Office, the family has struggled to find concrete evidence regarding her fate.

Witnesses have come forward, claiming to have seen her, yet Jerry expressed frustration at the lack of photographic proof to assist in the investigation. “It’s just killing me not knowing,” he said, urging anyone with information to step forward.

“If anybody knows where she’s at, or if something bad happened to her, please help us find her,” Jerry pleaded.

Anyone with information related to Natalie Sebastian’s case is encouraged to contact the Gila County Sheriff’s Office at 928-402-1872.
