FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel is preparing a special culinary experience for Christmas Day. On December 25, their signature restaurant, Match Market & Bar, will offer a carefully crafted four-course prix fixe menu designed to impress diners.

The menu begins with a delightful camembert and rhubarb appetizer, paired with spiced rhubarb compote and warm baguette. Following that, the second course features duck a l’orange, which includes duck breast accompanied by prosciutto-wrapped asparagus, parsnip puree, and a rich orange sauce. The third course presents a traditional Christmas roast, comprising beef roast served with roasted sherry-glazed carrots, whipped potatoes, and a savory beef jus. Finally, guests can indulge in a buche de noel for dessert, which features a chocolate genoise cake adorned with both vanilla and chocolate buttercream, garnished with raspberry and rosemary.
