A Glennwilde man, identified by authorities as a neo-Nazi, has been arrested for the second time in just one week. Officers from the Maricopa Police Department confronted 61-year-old Ronald Stricklett at his residence on Somerset Drive near Falcon Lane, drawing rifles from the other side of a brick wall during a drug bust at approximately 3 p.m. on Wednesday.

Stricklett’s arrest comes while he was out on bond following a bizarre incident on October 30. He is described as having ties to the Aryan Brotherhood prison gang and possesses an extensive criminal record, including multiple burglary convictions from Southern California in the 1990s, along with recent drug and firearms charges in both Maricopa and Navajo Counties. In the past year alone, Stricklett has faced over a dozen charges in the city of Maricopa.

During the latest operation, police charged Stricklett with four counts of drug-related offenses. His companion, 37-year-old Zoey Ray, was apprehended on a probation violation warrant. MPD spokesperson Monica Williams confirmed that Ray has been denied bond. The nature of their relationship remains unclear.

Records from Pinal County Superior and Justice Courts reveal that Ray, originally from Fresno, California, has a troubling history, with 12 arrests in Pinal County since 2018 for offenses including drug abuse, theft, and fraud.

Williams indicated that police were serving what is presumed to be a warrant for Ray when the high-stakes response occurred. Witnesses reported seeing rifles drawn and Stricklett being handcuffed during the apprehension. Details regarding the incident are still emerging as MPD continues their investigation, with more information expected once police documents are available.
