Viva PHX Revolutionizes Downtown Experience
The annual Viva PHX festival is set to return to downtown Phoenix on Saturday, October 19. This year marks the event’s 10th anniversary, featuring a diverse lineup of musical acts hailing from both Arizona and various corners of the globe.
Launched in 2014, Viva PHX aims to highlight the vibrant music scene of downtown Phoenix. The festival has grown significantly, showcasing the cultural richness of one of the nation’s fastest-growing cities. Attendees can expect an array of musical performances, culinary delights, and unique offerings from local artisans and businesses.
A new addition for 2024 is the “Experience Phoenix” block party hub at 4th & Monroe Street. Sponsored by Visit Phoenix, this space will introduce the Viva PHX Culinary Experience, featuring local favorites such as Huarachis + Bacanora, Bad Jimmy’s, and Cartel Coffee. Additionally, a vendor village curated by Desierto Market and Buena Vida Bodega will provide an opportunity to explore small businesses, while art collaborations with the Phoenix Art Museum will enhance the festival’s creative atmosphere.
The festivities will commence at 1 p.m. across various venues in downtown Phoenix. For tickets and further details, visit www.vivaphx.com.
