GLENDALE, Ariz. — A tragic accident in Glendale has claimed the life of a motorcyclist after he collided with a school bus. The incident occurred around 3:15 p.m. at the intersection of Claremont Street and Litchfield Road.

According to Glendale Police Department officials, witnesses report that the motorcyclist was attempting to evade a collision with another vehicle when he struck the moving bus. Fortunately, no students were aboard the bus at the time of the accident.

In the wake of this tragedy, Courtney French identified herself as the motorcyclist’s daughter through a GoFundMe page. She shared that her father was a military serviceman and that he leaves behind multiple family members.
