Annual exhibit raises awareness

Arizona Art Alliance is set to launch its fifth annual Unspoken: Survivor Stories exhibition this month, spotlighting artwork from visual artists impacted by suicide. This important event aims to create a space for survivors of suicide loss and those who have attempted suicide, facilitating dialogue and raising awareness in recognition of National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month.

Running from September 7 to 29 at The Mood Room, the exhibition will feature a diverse array of original two- and three-dimensional artworks, such as paintings, drawings, photography, digital creations, collages, sculptures, and collaborative art projects. The curatorial team includes David L. Bradley, Tess Mosko Scherer from Arizona Art Alliance, and Kristel Nielsen from Your Art Your Story.

The Mood Room is located at 3121 N. 3rd Ave., Suite 100. For more details about the exhibition, interested attendees can explore resources at www.moodroomphx.com or www.azartalliance.com.
