8 teens arrested for alleged involvement in over 45 burglaries in Glendale, Phoenix

Eight teenagers have been arrested by police in connection with a string of burglaries across the Valley. The arrests were made by authorities from Glendale and Phoenix.

Between June and August 2024, the group allegedly conducted numerous residential thefts throughout the area. In several instances, the suspects broke into vehicles to take garage door openers, granting them access to the homes through the garages.

Reports indicate that some residents were asleep during these burglaries, unaware of the thefts occurring in their own homes.

One of the arrested suspects reportedly admitted to selling stolen items for profit. A vital piece of evidence in the investigation was a license plate number, which helped the Glendale police track down the suspects.

The teenagers, aged between 14 and 16, now face multiple felony charges. Police described the young suspects as “brazen” in their criminal activities and have urged community members to share any relevant information that could aid in the ongoing investigation.
