Four new restaurants are set to join the expanding lineup at the redevelopment of the former Paradise Valley Mall, a 100-acre project that aims to reinvigorate the area. Among these newcomers is Cala, a popular Mediterranean eatery currently thriving in Scottsdale, which will open its second location.

Additionally, the new dining options will include Too Sweet Cakes, a bakery based in Gilbert known for its delightful pastries. Velvet Taco, a Dallas-born establishment, will also make its debut, promising a unique twist on traditional taco offerings. Rounding out the list is Harry & Izzy’s, an upscale grill hailing from Indianapolis, which is sure to bring a refined dining experience.

These restaurants are slated to open in 2026, contributing to the diverse culinary landscape of the redevelopment project and enhancing the dining choices available to residents and visitors in the area.
