PHOENIX — A party in Phoenix turned tragic early Saturday morning when a shooting resulted in one fatality and two injuries. The incident occurred around 4:30 a.m. near 40th Street and Camelback Road at an apartment complex.

Upon arrival, officers discovered 18-year-old Noel Nava suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite medical efforts, he later succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital. Another victim was treated at the scene and subsequently released, while a third individual presented at a nearby hospital with a gunshot-related injury.

Police are investigating the incident, noting that video footage from the party may exist. Detectives urge anyone with recordings to submit them through the designated portal.

As of now, no suspects have been apprehended. Authorities continue to gather information related to the shooting.
