Shelter Launches Exciting Casino Fundraiser Event
Although tickets for the Home ‘Fur’ Good 15th anniversary Casino Night on September 21 may be sold out, the organization’s need for ongoing support remains critical.
Founded in September 2009 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Home ‘Fur’ Good aims to end the euthanasia of adoptable animals in Maricopa County. In 2022, the organization rescued 605 homeless dogs and cats, achieving a remarkable adoption rate of 96.95 percent, despite the tragic loss of 14 animals while in their care.
Residents can contribute to this mission through donations, volunteering, or adopting pets. Every effort helps this small nonprofit in its quest to match homeless animals with loving families.
Home ‘Fur’ Good operates from 10220 N. 32nd St. in Phoenix. For more information, interested individuals can call 602-971-1334 or visit the organization’s website at www.homefurgood.org.
