Starlite BBQ, known for its elevated barbecue offerings, has officially closed its doors in Scottsdale. Located near the bustling intersection of Miller and Indian School roads, the smokehouse had been a favorite spot for over six years.
The restaurant was renowned for its unique dishes, including meats smoked with a blend of pecan and mesquite woods. Diners also enjoyed the distinctive cornbread pancakes, which were served in cast iron pans, alongside an impressive selection of whiskey-based cocktails.
Starlite BBQ was part of the culinary team behind the acclaimed Ocotillo in central Phoenix. Its sleek and industrial design complemented the innovative menu, attracting locals and visitors alike. The closure marks the end of an era for a restaurant that contributed to the dining landscape of Scottsdale.
