Residents Forced to Flee as Vehicle Smashes into Tempe Apartment Complex

PHOENIX — Late Monday night, a car crashed into an apartment complex in Tempe, prompting immediate evacuation of residents. The incident occurred near Rural Road and Rio Salado Parkway, leading to structural damage that required further assessment.
