Quash your warrants at Tucson City Court next Friday

The Tucson City Court is offering an opportunity for individuals with outstanding warrants to resolve their issues. If you suspect a warrant exists for failure to appear, unpaid tickets, or any other offenses, you can take action next week.

A warrant quash event is scheduled for Friday, December 6, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 103 E. Alameda St., specifically in Room 104. This initiative allows individuals to address their warrants directly and make necessary arrangements to rectify their situations.

Participants can either walk in on the day of the event or schedule an appointment in advance. Appointments are available through a simple email to tccweb@courts.az.gov or by calling 520-791-3260. Be prepared to provide your first name, date of birth, address, phone number, and email.

Furthermore, during the event, social service providers specializing in housing, mental health, and substance abuse will be present in Community Court from 1:30 to 3 p.m. in Courtroom 605.

If you are unable to attend the warrant quash event, there is still a pathway to resolve your warrant. You can visit City Court during regular business hours to schedule a hearing with a judge for warrant dismissal.
